RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY (UK)
This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights when purchasing storage and workplace items from Core Direct.
At Core Direct we take great care in ensuring that our product descriptions provide detailed and accurate information to help you find the right product, but we understand that requirements can change so if you do require to return any goods purchased, please read the information below. Notifying Core Direct about a Return
Goods can be returned, for a refund, if Core Direct is notified within 14 days of receiving your goods. If Core Direct is notified outside of the 14-day period, Core Direct reserves the right to offer credit for the refund against future order.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Goods will be assessed on return to ensure the above requirements are met before any refunds will be processed.

Made to order and Personalised Products
There are instances where we are unable to accept a return. Any made to order products- these products are highlighted on individual product pages as made to order. Any personalised products – products that are personalised to your requirements eg. A different colour that is not standard or a bespoke size or configuration.
Collecting and Processing a Return
Core Direct will arrange the collection of the goods with one of our Couriers and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they are present at the time of collection.
Core Direct requires customers to take photographs of returned parcels and pallets before they are collected to prove the condition of goods before they were handed to the courier.
Should a collection be missed, Core Direct reserves the right to charge for arranging another collection.
Upon receipt of the goods, Core Direct will process the return. Core Direct will charge a combined restocking and collection fee of up to 20% of the goods purchased, which will be agreed at the time of return. This will depend on the cost of restocking and collection of the goods from the buyer. This will be deducted from the total refund processed.
If there is damage to the products and/or clear evidence of use, Core Direct reserves the right to make further deductions to the final returned amount or refuse the refund.
Refunds
Agreed refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Exchanges
If a buyer has made an error with their order and require an exchange, Core Direct reserves the right to apply charges for collection, re delivery and processing the return. Core Direct will require original goods to be returned before replacements are sent out.
Cancelling or Changing an Order Prior to Delivery
Should you need to change or cancel your order prior to delivery please contact us on 0330 236 8918 or by email customerservice@coredirect.co.uk. Our team will work with you to advise what can be done, depending on type of product, order processing stage. If the product is not bespoke or made to order, we can usually cancel free of charge if it has not been shipped.
