SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery policy applies to all orders placed with Core Direct and related items delivered within United Kingdom.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Delivery to Mainland UK is FREE of charge for orders over £250.00 (ex. VAT).
All orders under £250.00 (ex. VAT) will be subject to a delivery charge of £10.00 (ex. VAT).

Deliver Surcharges

Deliveries to the following areas may be subject to a delivery surcharge: Rural Wales, Cornwall, the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, the Channel Isles, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.

A £5 Delivery Surcharge applies to postcodes: TR1-27 and some areas of rural Wales.

A £15 Delivery Surcharge applies to postcodes: FK8, FK17-21, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA20-24, PA26-38, PA80, PH15-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.

If your order is subject to a delivery surcharge, you will be notified during the checkout process.

Non-UK Mainland Delivery

For delivery to outlying areas please contact us on 0330 236 8919 for a quoted delivery price. This applies to delivery addresses in the following postcode areas: BT1-94, GY1-10, HS1-9, IM1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, JE1-5, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-42, PA44-49, PA60-78, PH41-44, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE1-3.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which contains your order number and delivery details. Our processing team will then be in touch via email to provide an update on an estimated delivery date for your order.

Delivery Information

Please note that our standard delivery method is kerbside pallet delivery.

Due to the nature and weight of our products our drivers are unable to:

• Move deliveries up or down stairs or use lifts.
• Carry goods through buildings or into properties.
• Remove items from the pallet or assist with unpacking. Inform us at the time of ordering so we can.

Most orders are delivered on a pallet. If this method is unsuitable for your location or circumstances, please inform us at the time of ordering so we can explore alternative arrangements for you. You can call us on 0330 236 8919.

Once delivered the pallet and disposing of pallet becomes your responsibility. Unfortunately, we are unable to collect or dispose of pallets after delivery.

Missed Deliveries and Redelivery

The courier delivers goods, and a signature is required. If the courier cannot make delivery, a card will be left, and the goods will be returned to the depot. Redelivery will usually be attempted on the next working day, or arrangements can be made to collect the goods from the delivery depot. You are responsible for advising of any special delivery requirements at the time of order.
